A large Emaar development on Dubai Creek, next to a wildlife sanctuary. Mostly new apartment towers, with a lot still being built.
Dubai Creek Harbour: new towers by the water
Creek Harbour is being built in phases, so parts feel finished and parts are still cranes. The finished sections have a waterfront promenade, shops, restaurants and a small marina. Apartments run around AED 2,300 to 2,700 per square foot.
The Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary sits directly across the water. It is a protected wetland where flamingos winter, and there are free public hides for watching them.
Transport needs a plain answer. There is no metro in the community today. You take Creek station on the Green Line and then a nine-minute ferry, or a taxi. A dedicated Blue Line station opens on 9 September 2029. For now there are two nurseries on site, Maple Bear and Blossom, but no full school yet.
