Two championship golf courses ringed by villas, and its own Red Line station on site. Quiet, green and a long way from the beach.
Jumeirah Golf Estates: villas around two courses
Earth hosts the DP World Tour Championship each November, which brings the tour and its crowds inside the gates for a week. The rest of the year it is quiet. Villas average AED 2,800 to 4,500 per square foot, and supply is limited because the land is fixed by the courses.
The community has its own Red Line station on the Route 2020 branch. That is unusual this far out, though the station is still lightly used.
One thing to check if you have children: there is no school inside the community. Dibber Nursery is on site, but the nearest schools, Victory Heights and Sunmarke, are about three kilometres away in Sports City.
